laminating films

  • lamination is used to protect and increase the attractiveness of prints
  • increases resistance to mechanical damage, moisture and other environmental influences
  • the support layer - typically BOPP laminating foil (cheaper but softer) or PET foil lamination; the second layer consists of hotmelt adhesive based on ethylvinylacetate (EVA)
  • BOPP laminate films are processed in the temperature range of 90-120 °C, PET film lamination film up to temperature 150 °C (depends on used adhesive)
  • PET films are often applied during sided lamination
  • we offer films for thermal lamination for wet lamination (for cold with using of dispersion adhesives)
