Strapping seals / binding buckles are mainly designed for hand mechanic or pneumatic strapping devices.

Steel buckles (stamped sheet metal)

• used for firm and non-demountable strap connection
• the strap connection can be made by buckle compression or nip according to the kind of a strap

Wire buckles

• use with polyester cord straps (PES) if need be polypropylene straps (PP)
• high strength
• self-locking (strap tightening can be made manually without tightener)
• joint made by means of wire buckles offers possibility of follow-up joint tightening or multiple use of binding
• two designs are delivered according to surface treatment:
•  - zinc-coated (silver) - standard design, provide longer protection against corrosion (there is suffix -s in the name)
•  - phosphated (grey) - buckles with a progressive anti-slip surface treatment increasing strength in joint up to 15% (there is suffix -g in the name)

• special buckle CARGO CONTROL is mainly set for repeating binding of very heavy cargos

Plastic buckles

• use with polypropylene straps (PP)
• suitable for cases where is no possibility to use a steel or wire buckle (e.g. on behalf of recycling)
• self-locking (strap tightening can be made manually without tightener)
• joint made by means of these buckles offers possibility of follow-up joint tightening or multiple use of binding
• safe for an operator (no sharp edges)
