EXP-108 - pallet stretch wrapping machine
Automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine EXP-108 is suitable for medium or high frequency wrapping jobs (up to 30 pallet/hour). The machine is equipped in standard with 3 automatic programs “One Touch” and power pre-stretch of film with adjustable pre-stretch – 230% or 300% (1 meter film can be pre-stretched to 4 meters).
Other equipment includes:
- automatic film cut after finishing wrapping cycle
- built-in service diagnostics
- precise home position - the turntable always stops at the same position
- slow start and stop of the turntable
- pallet height seeking by photo sensor
- fluent regulation of speed of turntable and film elevator unit
- fluently adjustable film tension
- numbers of film turns are adjustable
- programming and communication with control unit by mini-display and keyboard
