EXP-H1030A RONDO - horizontal stretch wrapping machine
Horizontal wrapping machine EXP-H1030A RONDO is intended for wrapping long objects e.g. doors, windows, boards, etc. into stretch film. It is suitable for medium frequency wrapping jobs. Delivery includes input and output conveyors. The main advantage of this machine is robust construction, which enables usage of film with width of 250 mm – low wrapping material costs.
Among other advantages of the machine belong:
- robust construction enables using of foil with width of 250 mm (cheaper compared to usually used 125 mm foil which moreover must more overlap)
- possibility of choice between semi-automatic (operator cuts film) or automatic operation (automatic film cutting)
- easy machine operation
- low operating costs
- easy maintenance
- rotation of moving wheel is controlled by frequency converter (slow start and stop, home position and fluent regulation of rotation speed).
The machine is intended for dry and low dusty environment.
