SL-140 PROFESSOR ROLLPACK - automatic film wrapping machine
Automatic wrapping machine SL-140 PROFESSOR ROLLPACK designed for rolled products. This machine is suitable for operations with medium packing capacity (up to 6 packs/min.). It is used mainly for packing in a hot-air shrinkable PE foil (LDPE) and designed for packing of rolled goods like wallpapers, classical and lattice fabrics. The machine can be equipped by hot-air nozzles for foil shrinking (using of shrink tunnel is not necessary), there is a possibility of manual loading of rolls or automatic loading. Customization of most parameters according to customer needs.
Among main advantages of this wrapping machine belong:
- maintenance-free, permanently heated sealing jaw
- electronic regulation of sealing temperature
- adjustable sealing time
- automatic unwinding of foil with braking function
The machine is designed for fully automatic or semi-automatic wrapping lines. Standard version is designed for rolls of diameter up to 250 mm and length 1300 mm.
