TECO T2N automatic formatting machine is used for the production of cardboard packaging of the "tray" type, with or without a lid. The machine removes semi-finished products (cuts) from the bin using vacuum suction cups. During the forward movement, hot glue is applied to the edges of the semi-finished product by nozzles, and then the cut-out is pressed into the mould and formed into the final shape. The exit direction of the finished packages can be adjusted - straight or to both sides.
