TY-701-120S - automatic film wrapping machine
Automatic wrapping machine TY-701-120A is designed for wrapping of consumer goods, printed materials, plastic, products, etc. with using of shrink foil (POF, PE, PP, PVC, half tube). This wrapping machine is suitable for medium or high capacity (up to 25 cycles/min.).
Among main advantages of this wrapping machine belong:
- pneumatically closing sealer (high service life) which is permanently heated
- fluently ajdustable welding time
- temperature control independently for the cross and longitudinal part
- foil perfotartor for subsequent easy shrinking in the tunnel
- fully adjustable conveyor speed

Easy operation: An operator sets kind and dimensions of wrapped item and then put the item to the input conveyor. Then will be packaging automatically done. There are used optical sensors to check dimensions of wrapped item which by using of front and rear edge of the item will provide an accurate overlap of foil which will be most stretched and smoothed.
